| I think computer users need to enhance their security software to avoid virus and harmful downloads. The demo for Ubuntu Linux Security Clamtk Anti-virus is very helpful to me since I work a lot through internet. Will it also work at any operating system? I would like to post this query regarding the use of firewall. If I use wifi outside, do I really need to turn the firewall off? |
| Thank you so much for sharing this video. Yes Marynor, I agree that we need to update the security system of our computers in order to fight against viruses and other malicious softwares. This is also a great way to protect our privacy as internet users. This demo for the Ubuntu Linux Security Clamtk Anti-virus is very helpful to me, an internet user who is not so familiar with how things work on the net. |
| I too wonder if this security system would work on other operating systems, though I doubt that it will as usually the linux stuff is just for linux, with the exception of very popular programs which have been converted for use by Windows and Mac users as well. However, being as I am not satisfied with the available virus programs for Windows which do not cost a bundle, I would be happy if this one were Windows compatible. |
