I was looking for any cybercafes around Caracas that use linux based machines.

I think you wouldn't find any like that. Because all the cyber caffes actually plan to setup windows to make their users more friendly about the system. they use linux for their server only.

Actually when a Cafe owner plans a business, the main objective remains to gain profit as much as possible. As the general assumption is most users use Windows so they load Windows in user PC's.

I doubt you'll find linux being used at a cyber cafe. Linux just wasn't meant for casual web browsing. Windows is always a better choice for the internet.

Cyber cafes are generally for casual users. How many people average out of the population are conversent with Linux? Probably not very many.
